Cohort Clinic is our custom working day for teams who already have exports and want live ranking of dormant cohorts before the next win-back send.

What the day covers

We host up to four people from your product and CRM side — in Bang Su or on a structured video room. Printed cohort sheets and a shared whiteboard keep the conversation on ranking, not slide theatre.

  • Morning: sort dormant and nearly-dormant groups against session depth
  • Midday: mark quiet-period cutoffs against your festival and payroll calendar
  • Afternoon: draft a first-wave win-back sequence with channel and offer notes

Who should attend

Someone who owns messaging, someone who owns product priorities, and whoever can explain how your event export was built. Legal or finance guests are welcome when offer cost needs a same-day check.

After the clinic

You leave with a photographed board summary and a one-page ranking sheet. Many teams continue into a full Reactivation Cohort Assessment when the export needs deeper cleanup.
