Purposes

We use personal data to reply to enquiries, deliver reactivation and win-back analytics engagements, invoice for work, improve the clarity of this website, and meet legal accounting duties in Thailand.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months after the last reply unless a contract begins. Contract and invoice records are retained for at least five years to satisfy Thai accounting practice. Analytics cookie identifiers, when enabled, follow the durations listed on the cookies page.

Your rights
