Acceptance

By using this website or confirming an engagement proposal, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Services described on this site

Pages describe reactivation and win-back analytics engagements for informational purposes. A signed proposal or statement of work governs the actual scope, fees, and timetable for paid work.

Intellectual property

Website copy, visual design, and downloadable samples remain the property of Kernel Gridhub Co., Ltd. Deliverables created for a client are licensed for the client’s internal use as stated in the proposal. You may not republish our methods documents as your own public materials without written consent.

Client materials

You retain ownership of event exports, message drafts, and interview recordings you provide. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to deliver the engagement and to improve anonymised internal practice notes.

Liability

Advisory findings support decisions; they do not guarantee a particular return rate, revenue figure, or campaign outcome. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep rates and descriptions current. If website text conflicts with a signed proposal, the proposal prevails.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements booked through this site, unless a proposal names a different venue.
