We are a small Bangkok studio helping commerce teams turn application analytics into purchase-path decisions they can staff.
Why we exist
Commerce apps accumulate funnels, cohorts, and campaign dashboards faster than teams assign owners. Kernel Gridhub exists to slow that pile down: name the steps, annotate the calendar, and leave a brief someone can open in a planning meeting.
We work from 61/2 Soi Sai Nam Thip, Sukhumvit Soi 22, Bangkok, 10110, Thailand, with clients across Thailand who sell through mobile and web commerce applications. We do not sell software licenses or run checkout payments on this site.
How we work
Engagements are time-bounded consulting: readouts, diagnostics, reviews, and retainers. You bring analytics access and product context; we bring structure, writing, and facilitation. Pricing on the site is informational until a statement of work is confirmed.
